Rental Policies

We suggest that you book as soon as possible, to insure that the rental items that you are requesting are available.
All items colours may not be exact as shown


Book as far in advance as possible, to insure that the rental items that you are requesting are available. Our rental inventory stock levels are large, and we do accommodate most rental inquiries, however they do vary from item to item. Some items we may have many of and others are limited. Our popular items are quite often booked early.

Quotes & Confirmation

Fabulous would appreciate the opportunity to quote you on the décor for your function. Please contact us for a “wish list” of the items you are looking for. When quotes are being produced for you we will check to make sure the items you are requesting are available for your event date. A rental quote does not guarantee confirmation until the signed rental reservation contract has returned back to us and a deposit has been received.

Deposits and Billing

A deposit of 40% of the estimated rental is required at the time of reservation. All rental require a Security /Damage Deposit with a valid credit Card. Final payments are due before your rental items are delivered or picked up from Fabulous Functions Ltd. and can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Interac or Cash. We do not accept cheques.

Changes and Cancellations

All final changes and cancellations must be made 48 hours before the delivery, event, or scheduled pick- up-day, otherwise you will be charged the full amount. Any last minute changes to an order will only be accepted by speaking with a customer representative directly. All rental charges are applied to rental items once they leave Fabulous Functions Ltd. whether they are used or not.

Loss of Damage and Replacement Charges

When rental items are picked up from Fabulous Functions Ltd. or delivered to you, you are responsible for any loss or damage while they are in your care. This includes the after delivery, during and after your event, and until they are returned back to us or the scheduled pick up. Please ensure rental items are not left unattended. In the event of loss, damage or breakage of the rental items and /or shipping containers, replacement charges will incur.

Additional Charges

All damage to linens, fabrics, and carpet runners, such as rips or tears, burn holes. Mould or mildew, non-removable marks or stains, wax stains and damage due to neglect, will result in replacement charges. All damages to glass, silver or iron ware, such a large chips or cracks, breakage, dints or non-repairable scratches will result in replacement charges, Additional cleaning charges will incur if there is any wax and adhesive removal, excessive soiling, or food or garbage debris. Additional repair charges will incur if items returned are slightly damaged and can be repaired.
